At Mirador Outdoor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new outdoor living solution isn't the perfect fit, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal with your order number and email to start the return process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your item and place it back in its original packaging with all hardware and manuals included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
